OFFSET Creative Conference.
OFFSET is an 3 day creative conference that happens every so often across the sea in Dublin, Ireland. Each event features a number of speakers who specialise in Graphic Design, Illustration, Photography, Film and Fine Art who will each. The event ran in ’09 and ’10 and has taken a year out this year, returning next March for their 2012 event.
They have a Vimeo account where they have posted up a number of their lectures from the ’09 OFFSET event which featured artist such as Anthony Burrill, Daniel Danger, David Shrigley, James Jean and Tara McPherson. Each presentation that I’ve watched so far has been extremely interesting and insightful into the artist and the person behind the work and they way that they create it.
The OFFSET Vimeo page can be found here and their website here.
